On Lake Attersee, one lies directly on the shore of the large Salzkammergut lake, where the glittering water reflects the mountain range of the Höllengebirge. The place is characterized by the vastness of the lake and the surrounding wooded slopes, which gently ascend to the rockier peaks. From this point, the view across the open water towards the mountains appears particularly clear and unobstructed.
