At the transition between open alpine pastures and dense forest wilderness, the Entenloch Gorge cuts deep into the rock here. The rock walls plunge steeply to the water, forming a narrow, sheltered passage. The river meanders turquoise through the gorge, washing around large, bare boulders, appearing both gentle and untamable. A suspension bridge spans above the water, leading the eye into the distance and beyond to the gentler hills. A place that makes the wild beauty of the mountain country palpable.

Access: A viewing platform at the Eibenschlucht offers good orientation; from there, the path leads to the Entenloch Gorge suspension bridge.
